The health and safety of our students, staff, and families are our highest priority. All A squared staff is fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and continues to have access to testing through our studio. We have high-quality air filters in the studio space and we continue to sanitize high-touch surfaces on a regular basis. We ask students to sanitize or wash their hands before and after class. Students that are showing any sign of illness, including but not limited to a fever over 99.6 degrees or above will not be permitted to attend class.

As Covid-19 is spread through breathing in repository droplets that contain the virus masking is still highly recommended at our studio but will be optional after September 15th, 2022 in our classes. We follow the trends of Covid-19 in our area closely and will reimplement masking if cases rise or if students test positive. We will notify families through email and on our website about Covid-19 policy changes.

Students that test positive for Covid-19 are required to notify A Squared Academy asap if they have attended class in the prior 7 days from the positive test. We will notify classes of a positive test anonymously so that students in that class can be tested if they so wish. Out of courtesy, we ask that if your student has been exposed to Covid-19 that your child masks for the 5 days after exposure when attending A Squared Academy.

All A Squared Academy students 5 years old and up are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and have all other required immunizations (or be on a schedule to be fully vaccinated). Families must be prepared to keep their students vaccination card on file if requested. We accept medical exemptions registered with the California CAIR-ME program.
